One player becomes the President, wearing the badge as a symbol of power. Everyone else takes turns inventing increasingly ridiculous, terrifying, or impossible global crises.

After each crisis, the President has one question to answer:

Would you press the nuclear button?

If the answer is NO, the next player raises the stakes. 
If the answer is YES, the player who created the winning crisis gains Power, becomes the new President, and takes the badge.
